I recently stayed at a lovely villa in Newmarket and was pleasantly surprised by Guineas House. The property was spacious and well-maintained, with three double bedrooms and a single, complete with wardrobes and televisions. I appreciated the little touches like milk and hot drink essentials, as well as shampoo and soap provided in the showers. Additionally, the heating was easy to use and kept us warm during chilly evenings. The host was also very responsive to our messages, which was a plus.

The house was very clean and well equipped, with spotless bathrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining table was perfect for our group. The location was great, just a short walk from town and in a quiet neighborhood. Plus, the little touches like milk and essentials provided were much appreciated.
Parking on the street was a bit of a hassle and we sometimes had to park far away. There was also some street noise at night, but it wasn't too bothersome.

We recently stayed at a lovely Villa in Newmarket for a family funeral. The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to our family members. Aaron, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. Even though we didn't spend much time at the Villa, we will definitely book again on our next visit to Newmarket.
Cannot find any fault. 🤩

The property was surprisingly spacious with three double bedrooms and a single, each equipped with wardrobes and televisions. The facilities were well-maintained and of a high standard. We appreciated the little touches like the provision of milk and hot drink essentials, as well as shampoo and soap in the showers. The location was also great, being close to the town center and within walking distance of the racecourse. Parking was also plentiful.
The lounge area was on the smaller side and could feel cramped if the property is fully occupied. the on-street parking meant that we had to park a few hundred meters away when returning in the evening.
